Any "new members" will get novie card .
1: how to get the novice card ?
logout the game ; open the website https://passport.worldofkungfu.com
type in your account and pass; click activate novice card ;
i think you will know the next steps.
2: how to use novice card ?
make ure you have already activated the card ;login game ;find
Fortune's Favored in Taoyuan ;choose Exchange the Novice Order for
some rewards .

btw one char can only activate one card
