How Do We Get Points For Gigong Training
Qigong training is located in Taoyuan (first city).
As you're online, you accumulate "points". 5 points for each full hour you are online. You also acquire points from levelling (I don't know the points obtained at each level).
You're able to use these points in the Qigong Temple.
Some like to call the temple the "Hot Tub", because you're soaking time for experience.
When you're "training" you don't get a lot of experience, but freebie experience is nice.
The training feature doesn't work between the hours of 6 PM and 11:59 PM EDT daily. You can activate training but it won't give you experience during that period.
There are two types of training: Online, and offline.
Online requires you to keep your computer connected.
Offline lets you shut everything down but the points you use are twice as fast (which means half the total experience).
There is a button at the bottom right of your screen. It's the left most of the blue buttons.
You can click this to see how many points you've accumulated.
When you want to enter the temple, you'll need to travel to Taoyuan, and access the temple through the Temple NPC (Qigong Temple Manager, 834, 909). Click him, click enter temple.
Once inside the temple you'll click the blue temple button and choose between online or offline training.
You'll be prompted for the number of minutes you wish to train.
If it's offline, once started your client will close. If online, you'll remain online (of course).
Should you get disconnected during online training, the setting will revert to offline training. Which means points spent offline are at 1/2 the experience rate, or 2x the points needed.
Hope that helps.
