School Reputation Reset and Rep. Calculation Formula

Dear World of Kung Fu players,

Greetings everyone!

First of all, I would like to say sorry for the School Reputation bug in the JadeDragon server. The School Reputation system has been undergoing in a chaos and most of the schools in the Rank List are ranked disorderedly. Many school leaders and members have reported this problem to us and we really understand how harmful this problem is to the community and we have forwarded this problem to the developer for several times.

After several weeks of working and testing on the bug, the School Reputation System is finally amended. But if we want to make the system really function well in the JadeDragon server (the old server that has far more players and schools), we need to reset the whole School Reputation System (which means all schools’ reputation will be 0 after reset) so that the system can be fair to those schools which have more reputation but do not get the Elite School Title.

In order to make everything open and clear, I would like to introduce how and when the School Reputation is refreshed everyday:

1).At 0:00 everyday (GMT-4) of the server, the School Reputation will increase by a certain amount according to the school level (at most Lvl.2 in this version) and the number of the school members (at most 85 in this version). Here is the formula:

SR=5*N* (1+L/5)

The amount of School Reputation increased everyday = SR
The number of school members = N
The level of the school = L

2).About the School Wars. A school will win/lose School Reputation when it fights with other schools. Here is the formula:

A=B*L (when B≤250) or A=250*L

How much School Reputation the winning school can get = How much School Reputation the losing school will lose = A
How much Reputation the losing school has = B
The level of the losing school = L

(Yes, the amount of a school can win or lose just depends on how the losing school is. This can prevent school reputation farming to certain degree.)

Refusing a School battle challenge will also decrease the school’s reputation too. The amount equals to the school level of that school (who rejected other’s challenge) times 50. At the same time, other school cannot raise a challenge to this school in 1 hour.

We decide to reset the School Reputation after the server maintenance of Oct.7th. All the schools will have 0 reputation just like when they are newly established. And in November, we will have an event to check which school is the BEST school in JadeDragon server. We haven’t decided the exact date, but we will post it on the forum for the event in advance and we promise you, the winner school of the event will get awesome rewards!

So, all hard core of WoKF school battles, draw your weapons for the glory of “Top School” and “Elite School”! Now, only the most powerful school whose member fighting decently and fairly can win the title and the powerful items!
